We want you to love your Miko pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures your wardrobe update is effortless and risk-free.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the shipment.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
